Terms of Service.

Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("you", "your", "user") and Vanta ("we", "us", "our"), governing your use of our software, services and any related tools or platforms.

Licence grant

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive and revocable licence to use Vanta for your own private, non-commercial use. This licence does not transfer ownership of the software.

Licence restrictions

You may not:

• Share, resell, rent, lease or transfer your licence key or access.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or tamper with Vanta.
• Attempt to bypass our security, protections or authentication systems.
• Distribute modified or cracked versions of the software.

Account responsibility

You are solely responsible for your account and any activity carried out under it. Keep your credentials private. Any misuse, breach or unauthorised access traced back to your licence is your responsibility.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Vanta for anything illegal, for harassment, or to attack, disrupt or overload any service or infrastructure — including denial-of-service activity of any kind. You remain responsible for complying with the law that applies to you.

An overview of what we collect and how it is handled:

Payment information

We do not store payment details. Transactions are handled by third-party payment providers.

Hardware identification (HWID)

We collect hardware identifiers to enforce licensing, prevent piracy and protect against unauthorised access. A licence is bound to one machine; resets are handled on request in Discord.

Usage and crash logs

Basic crash reports and anonymous usage statistics may be collected to improve stability and performance.

Data sharing

We never sell or trade user data. Everything collected is used only for support, security and improving the product.

Delivery

Access is granted automatically. Once payment clears, the licence is applied to the account used to purchase it — there is nothing to redeem and no key is sent by email. Sign in to the dashboard to download and use it.

Refunds

All sales are final. Access is granted immediately on payment and the software cannot be returned once delivered, so we do not issue refunds — including for bans, for changing your mind, or for hardware you no longer use.

If you are not sure whether Vanta fits your setup, ask in Discord before you buy. Nothing in this section removes rights you may have that cannot be waived under the consumer law that applies to you.

Updates and availability

Vanta may update automatically or require manual action. We may pause, delay or permanently discontinue updates at any time, with or without notice. Which features are available may change over time.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your licence at any time, with or without notice, for breaking these Terms or if suspicious activity is detected. That includes licence sharing, running cracked software, exploiting vulnerabilities and abusing our systems.

Disclaimer of warranty

Vanta is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not responsible or liable for bans, damages, data loss or any other issue arising from use of the software.

Anti-tamper and distribution

Any attempt — successful or not — to reverse-engineer, crack, patch, unpack, dump or defeat the protections on Vanta, its loader or any component we ship results in immediate and permanent removal of your licence, without refund. The same applies to uploading, sharing, mirroring, forwarding or otherwise exposing the loader, the DLL or any other Vanta binary to third parties, whether privately or in public.

Detection assistance

You must not help third parties — including anti-cheat vendors, server or platform staff, and public communities — identify, fingerprint or detect Vanta. This covers reporting indicators of compromise, samples, memory dumps, source snippets, screenshots of internals or any other material intended to reduce our detection surface. Providing such material, or coordinating with others who do, results in immediate and permanent removal of your licence, without refund.

Changes to these Terms

We may update, modify or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continuing to use Vanta after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
