We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use Cloud solely for your own private, non-commercial Minecraft usage. This license does not imply ownership of the software.

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or tamper with Cloud
  • Attempt to bypass security, protections, or authentication systems
  • Distribute modified or cracked versions of the software

Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your account and any activity performed under it. Keep your login credentials secure and private. Any misuse, breach, or unauthorized access traced back to your license is your responsibility.

You agree not to use Cloud for illegal purposes, harassment, server disruption, denial-of-service actions, or anything that violates applicable laws or Minecraft server regulations.

We take your privacy seriously. Below is an overview of the data we collect and how it is handled:

Payment Information

We do not store payment details. All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

Hardware Identification (HWID)

We collect hardware identifiers to prevent piracy, enforce licensing terms, and protect against unauthorized access.

Usage & Crash Logs

Basic crash reports and anonymous usage statistics may be collected to improve stability, performance, and user experience.

Data Sharing

We never sell or trade user data to third parties. All collected data is used exclusively for internal support, security, and product improvements.

Updates & Availability

Cloud may receive updates automatically or require manual action. We reserve the right to pause, delay, or permanently discontinue updates at any time, with or without prior notice. Feature availability may also change over time.

We may suspend or terminate your license at any time, with or without notice, for violating these Terms or if suspicious activity is detected. This includes, but is not limited to, license sharing, using cracked software, exploiting vulnerabilities, or abusing our systems.

Cloud is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We are not responsible or liable for bans, damages, data loss, or any issues arising from the use of our software.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of Cloud after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
